happen, our insurance policy covers the building but not personal belongings of
our residents. Thats why its a good idea to have renters insurance! If you are
not already covered by an insurance policy, we encourage current residents to
talk with an insurance agent to get set up right away. Effective immediately
for all new residents as well as existing residents at the time of renewal, The
Cobb will require proof of renters insurance with $50,000 liability coverage

the 4th of each month a $75 late fee will be assessed to your account but turn
your November rent in on or before the 1st of the month, and we will

Complimentary Cobb umbrellas are available to borrow from the Lobby. The stand
is positioned just outside of the Leasing Office door. So that we may be able
to continue providing this convenience, please be sure to return any umbrellas
after each use. We appreciate your friendly consideration.
